We started El Carmen project in 2017, with the idea of offering a unique experience in front of the sea. We have dedicated ourselves to being recognized for revolutionizing the way people eat and enjoy their food and drink. Little by little we have been perfectioning our offer, both in the gastronomic field, as well as in mixology, barismo and all kinds of drinks. Our goal is to serve quality and love in every product.
